When I came across Aurapharm.com, I decided to check whether it was a trustworthy source of steroids or not. Buying steroids online can be a bit tricky as very few online stores carry them.
Since there is no About Us or Faq page but from the information on the homepage and here and there, I could determine that Aurapharm.com is based in Europe and has been in business since 2002. In the All Products link, products have been showcased with the declaration that all the featured products have been manufactured in European countries and not in India.
Aurapharm.com doesn’t carry only steroids but also a number of useful medicines, such as, Estrogen Inhibitors, Antipsychotics, Asthma preventives, Acne fighting medicines, Antibiotics, MAO-B Inhibitors, Weight control drugs, Antidepressants, Contraceptives, Men’s Health, Dopamine Agonists, Addiction Control Aids, Pain and Migraine management pills, and Mood Stabilizers / Epilepsy, Nootroopics, Cardiovascular health drugs, and Anti-Virals. Many brands names belonging to these categories have been posted as a link on the site’s header.
I clicked on the Viagra/Cialis link and was taken to the page carrying erectile dysfunction treatment medicines. There were brands as well as their equivalents available there for Viagra and Cialis but no generics. The store clarifies that it carries no generics as a rule. You can either buy 4 pills of Pfizer Viagra (100 mg) for $80 or its Vigrande (sildenafil) equal for $20. If you want Cialis, you can get 2 (20 mg) pills of Lily Cialis for $60, or get 4 pills of (20 mg) Afilta – Cialis equal (tadalafil) for $40. These medicines naturally are FDA permitted as they are brands and their equals, and not generics. However, you need to fax or email your prescription to the given address in order to buy these medicines.
You can pay for your purchased medicines through a credit card but the store is facing technical issues in this regard nowadays and still is not fixing the issue in form of alternate payment methods. Delivery is done through Registered Airmail. But if your order amount is less than $250 you have to pay $20 separately as shipment charges. But for the orders that exceed this amount, the delivery is free. Furthermore, European customers can expect their delivery within 5-7 days once the internal processing of the order is complete (2-3) days. Meanwhile, the USA-based customers can hope to get their medicines within 10 days. The shipment time for all other countries is 15 days. However, the store is neither confirming the dispatch or orders not sending the medicines on time.
Curiously enough, Aurapharm.com has provided only one option for communication i.e., the email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. In case you want to have a phone conversation or live chat to seek clarifications, there are no options of this sort. Unfortunately, when I emailed the store a query, I never heard back from it.
Aurapharm.com does offer either an exchange or a refund for any product that the customer is not happy with. However, the customer has to inform the store first right away if he wants a refund so that he can be given a return address. Also, he has to return the product in its original packaging.

Since Auraphram.com doesn’t have a satisfied customers’ testimonial section, I decided to check its repute and rating on some other independent review sites and came across a mixed bag of reviews:
A reviewer by the name Magog had shared at length his negative experience on 2nd December 2013 of placing an order at Aura Pharm store. He placed the order for Caber for $38. Although the expected delivery time is 2 weeks, according to the information given on the site, Magog didn’t get anything, “no confirmation no replies to emails nothing”. He couldn’t even track his order as he constantly kept landing on the Veripayment site which is useless. Although he doesn’t consider all overseas medicine stores as bad, he urges the users to seriously “stay away” from and “avoid this one”.
However, another reviewer, and apparently, a regular buyer from Aurapharm.com, has advised Magog in the same thread on 2nd December 2013 to “be patient” as he as well as lots of other people has experience of buying from Aura Pharm store. From his experience, he knows that the store “never respond to emails no matter what”. However, the product is bound to arrive in “5-6” weeks, depending on one’s geographic location.

He neither received his ordered product nor heard from them, so he is wondering if others were facing the same problem or not. Ninjeestars, another reviewer, has submitted a similar review way earlier i.e., 9 months back. It seems from the mix bag tendency of the above-given reviews that Aurapharm.com was previously enjoying its customers’ accolades but its service quality isn’t the same anymore.

Conclusion
Finding trustworthy online steroid store is a big problem as they are very few. My research helped me determine that Aurapharm.com used to enjoy a great reputation and trust from its customers in the past; however, for some reason, its quality of service has gone down many notches. A fact that it admits when it declares on its homepage that it is indeed facing credit card processing issues which will still take 5-7 days to sort out, and so it is unable to take orders till that time (I don’t know how recent is this message). Moreover, Auraphram.com seems to be doing not much to repair its reputation. It doesn’t facilitate communication from customers in any form then and even now. It claims to want to facilitate its old customers and capture new ones and yet it is not offering any promotions or loyalty bonus. The reviews related to Aura Pharm store too have been dismal, though they all acknowledge its previous service quality. Keeping this mix bag trend in mind, I would give Aurapharm.com a rating of 2 (average) with just the hope that Aurapharm.com cleans up its act and start serving its customers like it used to do previously.
